What To Do When Mediation Doesn’t Work?

Even if divorce mediation is a great alternative, it may not always be a solution that fits for all people. Mediation is a process that usually benefits both sides when they are open enough in communicating their needs. No matter how flexible parents try, mediation may have its own downsides still. Thus, leaving parents without having to get final agreements in areas they need to work out.

If parents cannot finalize every aspect of their agreement, this could leave parents hanging on a cliff. However, if the parents are determined enough to arrive at a settlement, then it is not far from possible. Doing this could speed up their process and help them enforce their settlements faster before the court. Thus, it is really up to the parents to push through with this process.
