Child Support: The Factors To Take In

Under the law, support is basically the amount ordered by the courts for one parent to pay as sustenance of the child’s education, health, and upbringing. It is the judges that come up with the amount that is, of course, just and reasonable, taking in the respective incomes of the parents. The support is paid monthly, and it is directly transferred to the other parent.

Among the many expenses that this support is used to pay off is the child care expenses or school expenses. This is more common to parents whose children are left to a daycare because of work. There are also other expenses and costs such as health care and extracurricular activities of the child.
